The Parliament Coach Corporation of Clearwater, Florida, is a niche manufacturer of high-end luxury coaches that was founded by Steve and Harvey Mitchell in 1993.

Parliament motor coaches are a one-off product, with each coach being custom built to order. Parliament starts with the Prevost bus chassis, powered by a Detroit Diesel Series 60 14L or Series 60 12.7L engine, mated to an Allison 4000MH or B500 6-speed automatic transmission.

Construction is aided through the use of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) software and machinery, which helps to maximize quality, while minimizing waste and providing consistent tolerances for the highest level of fit and finish.
