Featherlite's Vantaré Prevost bus-shell conversions are synonymous with today's ultra-luxury motor coaches used by celebrities, executives, and of-course, they are the "official coach" of NASCAR. Featherlite has gone through a series of acquisitions in recent years, first with their sale to Universal Trailer Corporation (UTC) of Cincinnati, Ohio in 2006, then by Amadas Coach of Suffolk, Virginia in December, 2008.

Featherlite's luxury coach division was renamed Featherlite Coaches Inc., and maintains a network of 16 authorized service centers throughout the United States. With their new Vantaré H3-45 and XLII, the goal continues to be "to exceed Owner expectations," with uber-luxury interior decor, high-end appointments and appliances, and second-to-none customer service.

The Vantaré models can accommodate up to three slide-outs in the salon and stateroom areas. Since many of their coaches remain parked for extended periods, the generator is enclosed in its own isolated "Hush Box" for increased noise reduction. Vantaré Owners the opportunity can have their coaches remodeled and retrofitted at their new Service and Remodeling Center.

Featherlite has broken the record for most expensive coach, the Vantaré Platinum Plus at a staggering $2,500,000.
