The Teepee Outhouse from Paha Que Wilderness is the first fully functional portable shower and outhouse tent. The Teepee is stored an a compact duffel bag barely larger than a sleeping bag and in 5 minutes or less makes into an approximately 25 sq. ft. by almost 8 foot tall private, portable outhouse / shower room that is a wonderful (and necessary) RV accessory typically used with truck campers and tent trailers, but can also be used with larger RV's as a spare bathroom that will accommodate a portable toilet.

The Solution

The Teepee is ideally suited for use with folding and camping trailers as well as truck campers, where outside shower, changing facilities and an extra bathroom are an added bonus, especially when it comes to keeping your trailer or truck camper interior clean. The Teepee has many special features that make it unique and a very cool and desirable RV accessory for those particular types of RVing mentioned previously. The "no-see-um" mesh roof assures proper ventilation. Zippered gear access ports combined with horizontal exterior poles let you hang your towel and clothes and still reach them from inside.

A 3 inch "no-see-um" mesh panel along the side and back walls allows shower drainage and enhances circulation. The heavy-duty floor is removable for flexibility of use and easy cleaning. You may consider an accessory 20 gallon capacity drain capture floor to keep the ground from getting saturated and potentially muddy around the tent while showering. Toilet paper and other items are kept dry in a clear vinyl pouch; soap and other shower needs are always handy in a mesh pouch. The tent comes with either of two choices of support systems: aluminum or fiberglass for your convenience.

Setup and Use

The Teepee stows away in a compact 8 inch by 26 inch duffel bag and weighs only about 15 pounds. It sets up quickly, in 5 minutes or less to a roomy 54 inch by 54 inch by 94 inch tall private changing room, shower or outhouse.
